Mission & Vision

That Jesus would raise up
Multiple missional communities,
Filled with unique and united people who are
Recklessly loved by Jesus,
Relationally present with one another, and
Radically devoted to people in our communities & cities

UP

“As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Abide in My love.” - John 15:9

Jesus loves us with a faithful and wild love.
He loves us as His Father loves Him.
This is a reckless, relational, and radical love!
The Cross and Empty Tomb is the window into the blazing and burning Heart of Jesus.
Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus has freed us to be His beloved.
We belong to Jesus through water and words of wonder.
Jesus invites us to simply be in His love … to abide and rest in Him.
As we spend time with Jesus, we get to know His Heart for us.
In worship, prayer, creation, the ancient practices, Sacraments, and Scripture, we abide in Him.

IN

“These things I command you, so that you will love one another.” - John 15:17

Jesus loves us with a fierce and loyal love and invites us to love as He loves.
In community, we experience life together and learn to love.
Through the ups and downs of life, we remain relationally present with each other.
Far from perfect, we stagger and stumble to love our families, friends, and neighbors well.
This is a messy and lifelong process!
Jesus promises His grace and presence as we learn to love and relate with one another.
We behold Jesus through His people and promises.
We believe in the ways, words, and wonders of Jesus in community.
Through conversations, meal-sharing, relationships, living life, and discipleship, we love.

OUT

“And you will bear witness …” - John 15:27a

We are the broken and beloved of Jesus.
We reveal the beauty of Jesus through our beloved and broken lives.
Through our various callings in life, we live in the love of Jesus and love as He loves.
We become the people Jesus has redeemed and restored us to be.
We bear witness to what He has done in our lives.
In authentic, everyday, missional, and relational ways, we love and take care of people.
We reveal Jesus in the ways we relate with everyone.
We love as He has first loved us, and when we fail, we fall upon His grace.
In generosity, hospitality, mission, outreach, and service, we bear witness.
